Her previous groomers always have to muzzle her & would tell me how difficult she is to groom. From the moment we walked in to Kim’s salon, Ryan greeted us with such warmth and friendliness—The whole team made it clear they were ready to work with Luna, not against her. They gave her time to settle in, brought out toys & let Luna roam the space. When it was time for the nail trim, she was still muzzled but within a minute she was calmly sitting in Ryan’s arms while Kim trimmed her nails. Truly was unbelievable that she was sitting so still for them! If your dog struggles at the groomer, this is 100% the place to go!"
